A central intermediate care unit (IMC) is to be built in tower 2 in the area of the current doctor's office on the ground floor. The IMC relieves the pressure on the intensive care unit, offers 5 single rooms/isolation rooms and 7 double rooms in the immediate vicinity of the intensive care unit.
LUD - conversion of ground floor into IMC Tower 2 - drywall work
The construction work advertised involves drywall work on the garden floor (GG) and ground floor (EG) as part of the IMC ward conversion in Tower 2 of the BG Clinic Ludwigshafen. After the gutting work, the new construction will be completed Zimmer- and corridor walls with appropriate fire protection quality and current sound insulation requirements. The ceilings are designed in various systems (plasterboard, mineral board acoustic ceilings, metal cassette ceilings). Small ceiling openings are also planned on the garden level. The Work will be carried out in 2 construction phases.
