Le Programme des Nations Unies pour le développement (PNUD) aux Comores cherche à recruter un cabinet d`audit HACT des projets sous exécution nationale au titre de l’exercice 2017. Les cabinet spécialisés dans ce domaine et interessés par cet appel d`offres sont priés de soumettre leurs propositions au plus tard le 17 janvier 2018. La proposition du cabinet retenu pourrait constituer la base d’un contrat entre ce cabinet et le PNUD. Ce contrat pourrait être prolongé de deux ans, à la seule discrétion du PNUD.
