The UN supports humanitarian and development programs in the CAR and requires transport services that are reliable, safe, compliant with UN standards, and adapted to a volatile security environment and degraded road infrastructure. These TDRs aim to establish one (or more) non-exclusive Long Term Agreements (LTA) for the rental of vehicles with drivers throughout the national territory, and where applicable to certain neighboring countries.
