Tender Details

As part of the SafeOnline / Online Child Protection (PEL) program implemented from May 2024 to May 2026, UNICEF Senegal supports the strengthening of the national child protection system in the face of risks and violence in the environment. digital. A baseline study was conducted in 2025 in six regions: Dakar, Kédougou, Kolda, Sédhiou, Tambacounda and Ziguinchor, combining qualitative and quantitative methods. This study made it possible to draw up an inventory of: children's exposure to online risks, their knowledge, habits and practices, the capacities of parents and service agents, the availability of protection mechanisms. The endline study aims to measure some of the developments since the baseline, while focusing on a more restricted scope, compatible with a maximum duration of six months. The endline study will cover the six regions of the baseline, but with a more restricted analytical scope (shorter questionnaires, reduced sample, limited number of interviews/FGD), in order to remain compatible with a maximum duration of six months. It is within this framework that this process was launched.
