The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Rwanda invites qualified engineering firms or consortia to submit proposals for consultancy services to undertake the detailed design of gate, structural, and emergency access improvements at the UNDP Rwanda Country Office compound in Kigali. The assignment includes detailed engineering assessments, structural analysis and calculations, preparation of architectural, civil and structural drawings, vehicle movement and emergency access layouts, technical specifications, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), cost estimates, and works-ready procurement documentation for selected safety and security infrastructure interventions. A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit will be conducted to enable prospective bidders to familiarize themselves with the site conditions, existing infrastructure, project requirements, and any factors that may affect the preparation of their proposals.
