The state capital of Potsdam, represented by the Municipal Real Estate Service (KIS), intends to renovate and expand the existing gymnasium of the Theodor-Fontane-Oberschule 51 (3-class secondary school SEK I with a 3-class primary school) on the property at Zum Teufelssee 2-4, 14478 Potsdam. The renovation includes the existing two-span hall (type MT 90), which is to be expanded to include a single-span hall (15x27m) including adjoining rooms in accordance with DIN 18032.
