The subject of the contracts are structural planning services in accordance with §§ 49 ff. HOAI for the new construction of the municipal daycare center in the city of Lahnstein. For the client's objectives at the time the contract is concluded (planning and monitoring objectives within the meaning of Section 650p Paragraph 2 BGB), the following minimum requirements are defined - in the sense of a contractual quality agreement: - The new daycare building should at least meet the energy requirements of the Building Energy Act (GEG) in the version valid at the time of approval and thereby achieve an energy standard that enables applications for funding (e.g. Efficiency House 40 according to BEG).
