Tender Details

(1) The client commissions the contractor to provide construction services for lot 4.1 house connection in accordance with the ALV 2027 (Appendix 3.1) trades 01, 02, 09 and 11, in accordance with the ZTV 2027 (Appendix 3.2) and in accordance with the supplementary contractual conditions (Appendix 3.3). (2) Services with an order value of approximately €6, 000, 000 (estimated value) are expected to be called up within the contract term. (3) However, at least services with an order value of €4, 200, 000 will be provided within the contract term retrieved (minimum quantity). (4) The contract is limited to an order value of €7, 800, 000. As soon as this is achieved, the contract ends automatically in accordance with Section 12. (5) The contractor is entitled to transfer services in the contract value The amount specified in Section 1 Paragraph 3. There is no entitlement to any additional services. (1) This framework agreement comes into force on March 1, 2027 and is concluded for a term of 3 years. (2) The right to extraordinary termination remains untouched. (3) The contract ends automatically, without the client requiring a declaration of termination, as soon as the order sum of €7, 800, 000 net has been reached. !!!!
