Construction project: Bautzen District Music School The former administrative building at Tzschirnerstrasse 14a is to be converted and expanded into a district music school. Der Bestandsbau (Altbau von 1912 mit Anbau von 2001) bleibt erhalten und wird räumlich umstrukturiert um den to meet new requirements. Rückseitig zum Bestandsgebäude wird ein Konzertsaal als Neubau angeschlossen. (Total usable area approx. 1870 m2). Weiterhin werden im gleichen Zuge die Außenanlagen umfangreich umgestaltet und somit passend zur neuen Nutzung designed.
