Lot 23 Technical building equipment - HLS: # 1. Dismantling existing system technology: - 480 m of steel pipes for heating installations up to DN 65 including insulation - 18 pieces of heating surfaces, - 2 pieces of circulating air heater, heating circuit distributor, shut-off valves etc. - 35 m drinking water pipe (plastic, galvanized) including insulation on pipes 2. House connection station and heating circuit distributor: - 1 compact district heating station with 60 kW output - 2 pieces heating pump - Heating circuit distributor with two Heating circuits, shut-off valves etc. 3. Heating pipe network: - 500 m precision steel pipe DN 12 to DN 40 4. Heating surfaces in the social wing area: - 15 pieces of compact radiators including fittings, thermostat, screw connection etc. 5. Air heater in the area Wash hall, garage, care center (workshop): - 15 pieces of air heater, infinitely adjustable, with speed controller and room thermostat 6. Decentralized exhaust air system in the basement: - 1 piece radial tube fan D 200, V max. 900 m³/h with control and Piping network for ventilation of the basement rooms - Suction tower and blow-out tower DN 200, each with 500 m³/h 7. Air conditioning of a server room: - 1 piece inverter air conditioning unit heating 4.2 kW / cooling 3.5 kW, including system technology 8. Construction water connection: - Establishment of building water connection - Production of the supply and disposal of a sanitary container 9.
