The following work must be carried out: Tear down approx. 175m² of floorboards Re-nail approx. 190m² floorboards approx. 310 running meters of height compensation ceiling beams Sand approx. 190m² of surface Glue approx. 245m² OSB panels Approx. 285m² solid wood flooring, laying falling lengths, sanding, dust removal, surface treatment with oil-wax combination approx. 210 running meters of skirting boards (one-piece, two-part and three-part) Re-nail approx. 190m² floorboards Refurbish 7 interior doors, including new fittings/lever handle sets 1 piece of historical exterior door refurbishment, including new fittings/lever handle sets, including new frame Deliver 2 pieces and Installation of 2 external wooden doors, including new fittings/lever sets 1 piece of mortised stringer staircase, 21 pieces, deliver and assemble, two-flight with platform, railing and Gallery railing 1 piece of refurbishment of two-flight stairs with intermediate landing, 21 pieces, including railings 2 pieces of repair truss posts in the facade
