Description of the subject of the order in Lot 1 - primary circuit of the CO₂ system: The subject of Lot 1 is the planning, delivery, assembly and commissioning of the primary circuit of the CO₂-based heat pump system. The lot includes the complete design and Realization of a closed CO₂ process cycle (R744) that is designed for operation in the transcritical range. The lot also includes the implementation of the associated operating control based on a programmable logic controller (PLC) including operating and monitoring options, safety functions, data recording and connection of the measurement and control components required for operation. The following operating parameters are provided: • Evaporation temperature range: approx. -10 °C to +20 °C • Operating temperature range at least 160 °C (compressor outlet temperature) • Mass flow: 2.2 kg/s (At pLP = 30 bar; pHP = 100 bar) • Operation in the high pressure range up to at least 130 bar Optionally can be expected within the scope of this lot The technical connection of the control to the secondary circuit provided for in lot 2 can also be offered. The following applies to both lots: The system will later be built at the following DLR location: DLR project hall in Cottbus, Gerhart-Hauptmann-Straße 15, 03044 Cottbus. (It is not necessary to contact the employees at the location during the entire procurement process.) According to the current planning status, the award of the order is scheduled for the end of July 2026. The benefits should be received by March at the latest to be provided in 2027. If there are any significant changes to the schedule, the applicants/bidders will be informed immediately and in detail about the new schedule.
