Construction site clearance Lot 1 - construction site clearance Short description: The overall project includes the construction of a new CT terminal in the port of Riesa. This tender is for construction site clearance services and building demolition within the Terminal area in the south of the harbor area; Description of services by type and scope: - Demolition of 3 buildings: locomotive shed / workshop: 4, 100 m3, shed C: 5, 500 m3, transformer station: 230 m3 - Partial demolition of Hall A / cold storage hall 1 (25 m x 32 m = 800 m²), including construction site equipment etc. -Partial demolitions / recording of surface paving and recycling, especially western warehouse 1, unreinforced 22 cm thick concrete ceiling (33 m x 28.4 m = 937.2 m2) and at the S 1 Recycling site (formerly Abbruch & Recycling Dresden GmbH, among others. unreinforced 25 cm thick concrete ceiling) - dismantling concrete walls, wall enclosures - dismantling roads and sidewalks, including approx. 1, 500 m2 asphalt concrete ceiling 4 cm - dismantling terminal tracks (approx. 890 m of tracks) - other demolitions (e.g. crane rails, paving, concrete sleepers, shafts, boulders) - clearing/clearing, (e.g. felling trees, removing bushes and rhizomes), - removal and disposal of rubble - civil engineering work for archaeology; Further information in accordance with the service description in the tender documents.
