According to Art. 51 BayStrWG., the municipalities within the urban area must, according to their ability, clear the public streets of snow and sprinkle all dangerous road areas, pedestrian crossings and sidewalks when it is icy, if this is urgently needed. The client instructs the contractor to clear and spread snow on the streets, paths and squares marked in color in the list of services (route plans and route list) with the equipment listed in the equipment list and the Vehicles and devices listed in the service list (Appendix 03) within the contract period from November 1st. of each year by March 31st. of the next year after the alarm has been raised.
