Tender Details

Lot 1 includes maintenance cleaning in six properties and basic cleaning in four properties. The total area of ​​the properties is approx. 8, 050 m². The annual cleaning area totals approximately 740, 000 m². The client reserves the right to increase and/or reduce the areas and intervals to be cleaned. At the start of the service, a major construction project will take place at the Dumter school. At the start of providing the service, only partial areas of the property need to be cleaned.
