The Diversity Hoch Drei project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the European Union via the European Social Fund Plus (ESF Plus) as part of the “rückenwind³ - Diversity, Change and Sustainability in the Social Economy” program. The aim is to strengthen diversity within the association and promote diversity-sensitive collaboration. We are starting the project first in our Berlin facilities and services.
