The long term IT Expert in Tax Administration will support IRD computerization process throughout the project and support IRD ICT reform agenda in acquiring Integrated Tax Administration System based on Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) solution or developing integrated tax administration software application; resolve problems of IRD IT infrastructure and applications in general.
Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedures shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations, October 2015, which is available on the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org .
