The Contractor should undertake the following tasks as part of the implementation of this pilot survey (EMO): It will designate a point of contact to liaise directly with the ILO and HCP contact points on matters of administrative and logistical coordination and accountability throughout the implementation of the project. It will resolve logistical and administrative problems that may arise during the execution of the field survey and provide adequate solutions in real time. It will maintain regular communication with the ILO and the HCP on the situation and progress of the administration of funds for the project. It will open a dedicated bank account for the project and submit the bank account details to the ILO to enable the transfer of project funds. It will make the necessary payments according to a schedule pre-established and in coordination with the HCP. It will pay compensation to the various actors involved in the implementation of the investigation, according to the terms agreed with the HCP and the ILO. It will work closely with the HCP to define logistical and budgetary needs. It will regularly provide interim and final monitoring and financial reports to the ILO, detailing the use of funds.
