The subject of the local construction supervision to be provided by the contractor is the trades/contents of the areas of civil engineering (according to HOAI 2021 Appendix 12), architectural development (according to HOAI 2021 Appendix 10), traffic systems (according to HOAI 2021 Appendix 13) and the comprehensive pollutant remediation. Local construction supervision includes monitoring the execution of the object for compliance with the documents approved for execution, the construction contract including the relevant regulations.
