Tenders are invited for Lobo - Carrefour Menguek- Inpharaf Electrification Work in the Town of Lobo, Department of Lekié Center Region. Financing: Development Fund for the Electricite Sector (Fdse), Exercise 2024maître of Work: Minister of Water and Energy
The scope of the work, the subject of this Call for Tenders, is distributed as follows:

the rehabilitation/reinforcement of the existing three-phase medium voltage electrical line in Almélec 34.4mm² on wooden support between the city center of Lobo and Carrefour Menguek, approximately 5 km. The conductor section will have to increase from 34.4 mm² to 54.4 mm² and the wooden supports will be replaced by concrete supports as well as the wooden sleepers by arched layers and metal portcullises.

the construction of the three-phase medium voltage electrical line in 54.4 mm² Almélec conductor between the Menguek crossroads and the Inpharaf factory site, approximately 3 km;

the construction of a cabin station;

the installation of a 630 kVA/30KV transformer;

the construction of a low-voltage line in pre-assembled cable to serve local populations;

the creation of 20 witness connections + Eneo Subscription.
The Tender Document (DAO) can be obtained from the Ministry of Water and Energy, Directorate of General Affairs, Public Procurement Service, 3rd floor of the TOWER Ministerial Building No. 1, door No. 3T12, BP 70 Yaoundé, Tel: 222 23 00 13, upon publication of this notice upon presentation of a receipt for payment to the Public Treasury of a non-refundable sum of one hundred thousand ( 100, 000 ) F.CFA, representing the costs of purchase of the file. A copy of the receipt for this payment will be attached to the submission file.
Each bidder must attach to their administrative documents a bid bond valid for thirty (30) days beyond the deadline for validity of bids, established by a first-rate bank or an insurance company approved by the Ministry of Finance. and the list of which appears in the DAO (Exhibit No. 12). The amount of this bid bond is: four million two hundred and sixty thousand (4, 260, 000) CFA francs.
