The firm will conduct two rounds of ComputerAssisted Telephone Interviews (CATI), with a sample of 3, 000-4, 000 selectedhouseholds per round. The sample will be divided in six strata representingeach state and will be drawn using Random Digit Dialing (RDD). The firm willdesign and implement the RDD protocol, sharing the technical process andenumerator protocol with the World Bank for approval before conducting anyeligible interviews. Upon concluding each interview, respondents will receive aphone credit transfer. Each interview is expected to take from 20-30 minutes tocomplete. The second round will follow-up with the same households sampled inRound 1, supplementing any attrition with additional households selected by RDDto ensure the required sample of 3, 000-4, 000 households per round is achieved.
