As the responsible authority in accordance with Article 8 Paragraph 1 of the Act on Local Public Transport in Bavaria (BayÖPNVG) in conjunction with Section 8a of the Passenger Transport Act (PBefG) and Article 1 of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007, the Kelheim district intends to establish a public one To issue a service contract for public passenger transport services with motor vehicles in accordance with Section 2 Paragraph 1 PBefG. The public service contract is to be awarded for a term until July 31, 2029 from the start of operations (August 1, 2026). Subject The intended public service contract includes all public passenger transport services on line VLK 71 (Line 6001): Riedenburg - Winden and back [Line 6001] The public service contract refers to transport services local public transport within the meaning of Art. 1 BayÖPNVG, § 8 PBefG and as regular service in accordance with § 42 PBefG. The public service contract will contain regulations in this regard, according to which the transport offer within the public Service contract within a certain framework to changing transport needs and to the local transport plan in its current version as well as to other changed circumstances (such as technical developments, environmental and climate protection concerns) needs to be adjusted. The rights to change relate to the type, scope and quality of transport services and transport tariffs. This may result in changes to the existence and route of the above-mentioned line as well as to the timetable. and tariff offer or with regard to other aspects such as vehicle and other quality standards.
