GWB “Elstertal” currently operates over 83 passenger elevators from various manufacturers built between 1980 and 2025 in its own housing stock. The following services are to be awarded as part of the elevator management: - Recording of all systems including creation of an action plan to adapt the systems to the state of the art in accordance with BetrSichV with cost estimates - setting up a digital lift management with integration of each system with relevant components and document management - Processing and documentation of disruptions - Checking and evaluating offers and invoices - Operational management with regard to meeting deadlines, evaluating test reports and monitoring warranties - Contract management incl.
