licensing of ServiceNow(R) products, the operation of the ServiceNow(R ) Platforms, support for the ServiceNow(R) Plattforms and migration service.

The client currently uses two environments (development/acceptance instance and a production instance) of the ServiceNow(R) platform. However, the production environment is not currently in productive use. Optionally, an additional environment for quality should be providedEquipment protection and acceptance are offered. The bidder must operate the ServiceNow(R) platform for the client in the ServiceNow(R) cloud and associated data centers in Germany. The ServiceNow(R) platforms are connected to the client's data centervia IPSec (Site to Site via VPN).
