License renewal Unified Endpoint Management System The city of Aschaffenburg is responsible for material costs for all public schools in Aschaffenburg. The city of Aschaffenburg uses this as part of centralized and automated device management cloud-based Unified Endpoint Management System from the manufacturer NinjaOne including the necessary software components, interfaces as well as service and support services. The subject of this tender is the extension of the existing one NinjaOne licensing including manufacturer support and maintenance for a period of 36 months beginning August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2029. Seamless extension of existing NinjaOne licensing including manufacturer support and maintenance for a period of 36 months, starting on August 1st, 2026 and ending on July 31st, 2029. It should be ensured that at least 5, 000 end devices and systems can be centrally monitored, managed and maintained for 36 months. Of these, at least 450 are for Windows Clients and at least 50 Windows servers to provide an additional backup function. The cloud storage should be at least 20 TB.
