The subject of this award procedure are implementation services as well as the use of the licenses and the associated services (SAAS) as well as ensuring the ongoing operation of the platform after the solution of the solution - service model is cloud computing SaaS.

Lion provision, Implementation services and operation and support of event management application

HBS has been using the ERP system MS Dynamics NAV (former navision) for about 18 years. The software is used both in the Berlin Foundation Center as well as in the currently 35 foreign offices as part of theFinancial planning and controlling. An ERP system (so -called Enterprise Resource Planning) supports organizations - including the HBS - to automate business processes and thereby plan, control and manage them efficiently. At the moment, the aforementioned ERP system is also in event managementand in the study work. The functions and workflows of these sub-areas are largely based on in-house developments and HBS-specific adjustments to the software. The ERP system must be renewed by the upcoming end of the manufacturer's support period in early 2027. Before thisBackground, the requirements of event management were raised to a new system. To map the event management processes, a new application for a holistically digital and media break-free support in event management is introduced.
