Lot 04 - pipeline construction Pipeline construction for the new construction of the Lewerberg III elevated tank. Scope including delivery, laying and assembly of two parallel drinking water transport pipes made of steel DN 1000 (PN 16) with cement mortar lining and PE coating including pipe bedding, pipe trench backfilling, fittings, welding work, corrosion protection, pressure testing, disinfection, flushing, preparation for commissioning as well as documentation and testing services. The length of each line is approx. 68 m. subject The lot is the production of the drinking water pipe connections as part of the “Lewerberg III elevated tank - new building” project at the Lewerberg location in Liebenburg. The services include the delivery, laying and welding assembly of two parallel drinking water transport pipes made of steel DN 1000 (PN 16) with cement mortar inner lining and PE outer coating. The lines serve to connect the new elevated tank to the existing system infrastructure. The scope of services includes: Production of the pipe bed and pipe zone as well as the main backfilling of the pipe trench, the installation of fittings and insulating pieces, corrosion protection and post-coating work, carrying out weld seam and pressure tests, disinfection and Flushing measures to ensure operational readiness as well as the complete technical documentation.
