Letter services XII The subject of the order is the emptying of mailboxes and delivery of letters to the respective TK offices on weekdays (Monday to Friday inclusive), as well as the daily collection of outgoing mail, its franking, Transport and delivery (nationwide and abroad) of letters in the weight range up to 1000 g as well as letters from 1, 001 g to 2, 000 g (e.g. Maxibrief Plus). Registered letters and postal delivery orders (PZA) must also be sent through the Letter service providers are picked up and their transport and delivery are ensured. The shipments must be franked (paid postage) at the correct amount. The order includes outgoing mail from TK offices in Essen, Duisburg, Mönchengladbach, Düsseldorf and Bochum. The maximum order volume (maximum value) of the contractual services available via this framework agreement is 120% of the offer comparison price (see Section 2 of the contract) for the entire Contract term.
