Tenders are invited for Legal Security of the Site of the National Civic Service Agency for Participation in Development in Pitoa

The services relate to the work of the legal security of the PITOA site of the ASCNPD.
More specifically and in accordance with the Terms of References (ToR) contained in this DAO (Exhibit N ° 5), the services are aimed at:
-The assembly of files with a view to securing the said site for the benefit of the ASCNPD, in accordance with the legislation land and state property in force;
- the provision of any logistical support necessary for the procedure;
-the follow-up with the various administrations involved in the process of securing public land in Cameroon;
-the execution of all preliminary work required by the procedure;
- obtaining the preparatory and final administrative acts consolidating the legal appropriation of the ASCNPD on the site.

The file can be obtained from the Markets Department, located at the ASCNPD headquarters building in the ESSOS district in Yaoundé, Tel. 699 97 33 71/675 21 38 38, upon publication of this notice, upon presentation of a receipt for payment of a non-refundable sum of fifteen thousand (15, 000) CFA francs payable in account no. 335988 opened in the name of the ARMP in the books of the various BICEC agencies.

The offers must be accompanied by a provisional guarantee established according to the model indicated in the Invitation to Tender File, by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Minister in charge of Finance and the amount of which is two hundred and two thousand.
