The contractor's activities are carried out as required by the client in accordance with time and contenther planning as well as on call in the following areas of responsibility with reference to the labor law applicable in the Federal Republic of Germany, in particular collective bargaining law.

Fields of responsibility:

- Preparation and follow-up of the individual negotiation dates as well as personal participation in negotiation rounds both by telephone, via video conference as well as on-site in the Bonn area and Berlin

- Assessment and advice on strategy and tactics, demands and offers from the trade union side, negotiating positions of the collective bargaining partners and their effects on the company and the employees

- Legal advice on individualsinquiries from the client
