The facility shall support office operations, residential accommodation, logistics, security infrastructure, and welfare services for a large-scale mission presence.The premises shall comply with UNDSS security requirements, including MOSS standards, and shall accommodate approximately 350 - 450 personnel, through a combination of office, residential, and dormitory-type facilities. Specific Requirements/Information 2. LOCATION AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS• Located within UNDSS-approved area • Fully enclosed compound with: Minimum 3.5 m high hard perimeter wall ; Minimum 70 cm concertina razor wire • Preferred standoff distance: 25-50 m from perimeter wall to main buildings • Internal paved roads: Minimum width 6 m • Provision for future expansion and modifications 3. SECURITY INFRASTRUCTURE• Access control facility: Minimum 150 m² ;Capable of housing screening systems (X-ray, metal detectors);CCTV control room provision;• Special Storage Facilities Area: Minimum 900 m2 with preferable separation distance of 200 meters from the facilities. 4.
