It is intended to introduce a modern web-based digital learning platform for the training of IT specialists at the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Schwaben. The minimum criteria for the learning platform are listed in the appendix. There will be around 30 licenses for trainees and around 20 licenses needed for trainers. The contract term should be at least 3 years and a maximum of 4 years.
