The Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Charitéplatz 1, 10117 Berlin intends to build a pioneering new building for the German Heart Center of the Charité (DHZC) at Augustenburger Platz 1, 13353 Berlin in the southwestern area of the campus Virchow Clinic (CVK). For the new DHZC building, the Charité intends to use lean management on the client's side from the start of the facade work in addition to the project management, property monitoring and project management services already commissioned to use the company's specialist construction management team.
