The contract will support the Presidency of the Government of Tunisia and pilot ministries in strengthening “Leadership for Results” capacities to drive the implementation and monitoring of the government-s strategic dashboard and priority reforms. Building on ongoing reforms supported since 2016, the program will equip participants with practical skills in stakeholder mobilization, performance-driven project management, change leadership, and collaborative problem-solving. Through a mix of training, tools, and peer learning, the intervention aims to enable participants to translate national priorities into actionable roadmaps, foster cross-sectoral coordination, and deliver measurable results in key areas such as human capital, sustainable resource management, digital transformation, and business climate improvement.
