Leadership culture There is currently no uniform culture of leadership in the UKS, but a wide variety of subcultures and leadership styles have emerged historically in clinics, institutes, departments, etc. At the first management conference in November 2024 The need for a uniform UKS-wide leadership culture was identified as one of the TOP topics for the next few years and prioritized accordingly (in personnel development).
