LDAR measurement services LDAR measurement services for recording, quantifying and documenting methane emissions in accordance with the EU Methane Regulation 2024/1787 at selected GUD locations. Based on this call for tenders, a framework contract for: the processing and billing of the aforementioned LDAR measurement services in accordance with the EU Methane Regulation 2024/1787. The subject of this tender is exclusively measurement, quantification and documentation services as well as creation of reports. Repair services for identified leaks are not part of the scope of services. The subject of the tender is LDAR measurement services for the recording, quantification, documentation and reporting of methane emissions in the Pipeline network and at selected stations of Gasunie Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2024/1787 on the reduction of methane emissions in the energy sector. The services include in particular the implementation of Measurements at source level on gas-exposed components in compressor stations as well as measuring and control stations, the quantification of detected methane emissions, the identification and documentation of detected leaks and the creation of testable ones Reports.
