Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Layout and Maintenance of Green Spaces in the City of Yaounde finance: Budget Cuy, Exercises 2023 Et Seq.

All the work includes fittings and maintenance, in particular:
Regular cleaning of the site (removal of waste, mowing of lawns and grassy surfaces);
the making of flower beds;
flowering;
plantations;
the establishment of pedestrian walkways;
the replacement of destroyed, dead or aged plants (flowers, shrubs or trees);
phytosanitary treatments (Insecticides, fungicides, mites, etc.);
plant fertilization, if applicable;
the formation and regeneration pruning of trees, shrubs, and flowers;
permanent watering of plants;
sodding and connecting lawns to bare spots;
the permanent maintenance of the surroundings of the EKOZOA rivers in lot no. 7;
All other constraints necessary for the proper execution of the work.

The estimated costs at the end of the preliminary studies are:
Lot 1: Twenty-six million (26, 000, 0000) FCFA including tax;
Lot 2 : Twenty-eight million (28, 000, 000) FCFA including tax;

It is also possible to obtain the DAO by free download on the COLEPS platform available at the addresses indicated above for the electronic version. However, online submission is subject to payment of the DAO purchase fee.
