Laser micro-processing system and laser system The object is the delivery, installation, commissioning and operational handover of a laser micro-processing system with a UKP laser system including instruction/training and complete System documentation. The minimum technical requirements and evaluation aspects can be found in documents 05 "Technical Requirements Profile" and 06 "Evaluation Matrix". The subject of the procurement project is delivery, installation and commissioning as well as operational handover of a high-precision laser processing system for micromaterial processing including integrated ultra-short pulse laser (UKP) beam source, training of the operating personnel and complete system documentation. The system enables the high-precision machining of metallic, ceramic, polymer, glass-based, crystalline and semiconducting materials as well as fiber composite materials in the micro and submicrometer range, while maintaining constant machining quality Repeatability.
