The subject of this tender is the delivery, structure and commissioning of a laser lithograph system that is to be located at the Institute for Microstructure Technology (IMT) at KIT in 76344 Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen.is intended for the production of 2D and 2.5 dimensional microstructures. These structures must be exposed to substrates without a mask, which are coated with photochemically sensitive resistance.
