Lot 3: Purchase of SGRT Lot 4: PET CT Lot 1: The subject of the award procedure is procurement of a linear accelerator for the Landshut-Mitte Clinic as a replacement for an existing system, with the contractor providing manufacturing, delivery, assembly, installation and commissioning services including all necessary technical and legal tests and acceptances must be carried out. The linear accelerator is to be designed for routine radiotherapy in accordance with the requirements of the specifications, with the contractor responsible for the provision, introduction and operation within the framework of the specified schedule and the binding offer price and must take over the planning, control and coordination of the project within his area of responsibility. In addition, the order includes maintenance services for a period of at least 10 years after commissioning, including service as well as the delivery of spare parts and consumables, whereby the buyback, dismantling and removal of the old device can optionally also be ordered.
