Creation of a small square area through paving work including various equipment. In addition to the square area, the entrance area to the Neuss 2026 State Garden Show will be designed with a spacious staircase made of natural stone with concrete elements. The expansion takes place in the existing area with old trees. In addition to the above-mentioned landscaping work, a variety of development work is taking place (crossing railway tracks, laying gas, electrical, media).
Approx. 250 m3 topsoil work; approx. 1, 000 m3 of ground work; approx. 230 m of drainage work; approx. 630 m2 asphalt work; approx. 1, 150 m2 of paving worken; Deliver and relocate approx. 600 m of granite block steps; Deliver and relocate approx. 19 m seating sculpture made of exposed concrete; Supply and relocate approx. 28 m of exposed concrete seating walls; Supply and install approx. 17 m of terrain barriers made of exposed concrete; Approx. 900 m2 of planting and lawn work.
