The housing association Berlin-Mitte mbH (WBM)
is looking for a company for the project that will clean up pollutants and dismantle them of the entire building complex including outdoor facilities, divided into a total of 2 lots, each with successive release levels. Additionally should the company provides a security service for the entire duration of the implementation. Offers can be made for one lot or for both lots.
Lot 1 is structured as follows:
•Stage 1: Remediation of pollutants and dismantling of the bridge building
•Stage 2: Clearance and remediation of pollutants Components 1 and 3 of the former SEZ
•Stage 3: Dismantling of components 1 and 3 of the former SEZ with the exception of the basement areas that need to be worked on separately
•Stage 4: Dismantling of the basement area of components 1 and 3 of the former SEZ, which needs to be worked on separately, including the necessary Construction measures
Lot 2 is structured as follows:
•Stage 1: Clearance and pollution abatement of component 2 of the former SEZ
•Stage 2: Dismantling of component 2 of the former SEZ with the exception of the basement (basement)
•Stage 3: Dismantling of the basement (UG) of component 2 of the former SEZ
