General terms and conditions
Any bid submission will imply the unconditional acceptance of IDLO General Terms and Conditions for the Procurement of Goods which is attached as Annex B of this document.
Suppliers are advised that they also must abide by the IDLO Supplier
Code of Conduct.
IDLO reserves right to terminate contract with one month advance notice.
Quotations submission

Partial quotations Partial quotations are NOT permitted
Validity of quotation 30 days
Place of delivery Bureau of Forensic Science, Garowe, Puntland State of Somalia.
Delivery terms Goods will be delivered, installed and commissioned within 20 days after Local Purchase Order (LPO) or contract signature by last party.
Payment terms
IDLO will conduct the payment within 30 days after satisfactory receipt and acceptance of all goods and upon submission of the invoice by the supplier.
