At the Technical University of Munich in Garching, a multi-story laboratory building with proportionate office space will be built in two construction phases. The building will be used by the chairs for scientific didactics and parts of construction chemistry (“NDB”) can be used. The building will consist of 4 full floors (ground floor and 3 upper floors) and a staggered floor. The subject of the order is the professional re-equipment of the laboratory rooms in this building according to cost group 473 according to DIN 276:2018-12 as part of the 2nd construction phase. The laboratories to be equipped are mostly chemical-analytical laboratories in accordance with GefStoffV on the 1st floor, chemical-building physics laboratories in accordance with GefStoffV on the 2nd floor and chemical-building physics laboratories in accordance with GefStoffV on the 3rd floor. Upper floor around chemical-biological and genetic engineering laboratories with protection and security levels 1 according to GenTSV and 2 according to BioStoffV.
