The tenderer will prepare his offer in accordance with the Instructions to the Tenderers and in five (05) copies including (01) one original and four (04) copies bound to the volume presenting the tender model and clearly indicating "ORIGINAL" and "COPY". In the event of discrepancies between the original and the copies, the original will prevail.
The maximum execution time provided by the Client for the realization of the equipment program following each lot is six (6) months from the start notification.
