Sodium glycerophosphate not less than 10.0. Sodium triglycolate not less than 1.0. Methylene blue no less than 002. Agar no less than 3.0 Final pH value (at 25 °C) 7.4 ± 0.2. Appearance Sterile Stewart's transport medium in tubes with sterile cotton wool swabs for taking a smear on a plastic stick with a stopper. The color is whitish to light blue. The amount of Medium is at least 8 ml. pH test tube media pH range: 7.20-7.60. Sterile. Store at temperatures between 5 and 25 °C, with lids screwed on tightly. IN packaging no less than 100 pcs.
