Tender Details

The aim of the measure is to introduce participants to the job and training market, as well as to further training opportunities. The target group of the measure consists of refugees who receive benefits under SGB II. The participants are: to employable people entitled to benefits from the legal circle of SGB II with a migration or refugee migration background who - could not be reached through existing integration measures - need support in the changed everyday situation to get along independently, - need guidance and support to develop and implement professional prospects, - show a lack of orientation with regard to gainful employment or have little chance of receiving in-company training and/or - have dropped out of an integration literacy course. The target group has significant, multiple placement barriers that prevent them from taking up further training or employment (which is subject to social insurance contributions). Next to Language barriers are often family problems (e.g. domestic violence) and/or difficulties in raising children, financial problems and debts, inadequate living space, addiction problems, delinquency, missing or unrecognized language barriers Educational qualifications available.
