Description: The subject of the service is the implementation of a measure for the funding goals “direct placement” and “establishing competitiveness”. The definition of the funding objectives with the corresponding resource area and the characteristics that characterize them can be found in the tables above.

The aim of the measure is, through intensive support of the participants in the context of job coaching, to achieve employment that is subject to social security contributions and which eliminates the need for assistance as far as possible.

Accordingly, the measure is aimed at employable beneficiaries from the legal circle of SGB II, for whom the removal of placement barriers and the subsequent placement in work are in the foreground (e.g. new customers or existing customers close to the labor market).
