The aim of the measure is to create a professional perspective for the participants and to work out development goals together. The focus is on strengthening work behavior, motivation, social behavior and practical life skills of long-term unemployed people in terms of SGB II with the aspects of increasing employability. In the measure, together with the ALG-II recipients, a sustainable, individual professional perspective is to be developed and their personal appearance strengthened.
In detail, the following "sub-goals" are pursued with the measure: improvement of physical and psychological performance, acquisition of practical life skills, increase of motivation, change of framework conditions, strengthening of social behavior and increase of working behavior.
