The list of services describes the renovation of the roof and the plumbing and timber construction work on the listed Griesbach extension in the FORUM Jena project. This includes demolition work on the old roofing, gutters and historical wooden components, followed by carpentry work such as renewal of individual wooden structures, new ceiling construction with OSB, vapor barrier and insulation. Roofing work is then carried out: emergency roof, new underlayment, battens and a double plain roof covering included Ridge, ridge and connection details. This also includes ventilation tiles, security and snow guard systems, as well as copper plumbing work (gutters, downpipes, connections). Historical elements such as decorative boards and verge cladding are true to the original reconstructed. Finally, the LV includes maintenance services and daily wage positions, as well as the obligation to provide complete documentation and compliance with all standards.
